Laurence Fishburne is in talks to replace William Petersen in CSI

Aug 06, 2008 - Laurence Fishburne is reportedly being sought to replace William Petersen as the star of CBS’ hit crime drama “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.” Petersen will only be doing the first 10 episodes of this coming season’s CSI as a full-time series regular. The eight-year CSI vet will continue his ongoing role as an executive producer and intends to return on occasion as a (very special) guest star. Petersen’s sorta swan song, is coupled with Jorja Fox and Gary Dourdan’s exits last season. - 0 Comments
